國民黨台北市長參選人丁守中日前批評，尋求連任的市長柯文哲很多政見如駐警器、1280吃到飽交通月票等，都是抄他的政見，導致她現在不敢提出政見。對此，柯文哲21日上午出席環南市場上梁典禮表示，自己的執行力比較高，當年忠孝橋引道拆除的工程，計畫早在前市長黃大洲時代就寫好，自己只是把設計圖拿來執行完畢。

而媒體追問這樣是否代表抄襲前朝的政見？柯文哲先是說不曉得，接著表示其實該做的事情大家想法都差不多；至於是否是收割？柯文哲笑說，「這是我們自己做的。」
